Tofu Recipes

Marutsune tofu is made by the "Namashibori Process" that brings out the original taste of tofu.​ It is a tofu that has no habit and is mellow, slightly sweet and soft and can be eaten every day. Tofu that tends to be used in a mundane way. You want to expand your repertoire because it's a standard ingredient. Therefore, I would like to introduce a recipe for arranging tofu, which is recommended by Marutsune staff, who face tofu every day. Please use it as a reference when making menus.
